By accessing or using the AcademicHub platform (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AcademicHub operates a double-blind, anonymous marketplace connecting clients seeking academic support, writing, research, and data analysis services with verified experts.
3. Academic Integrity & Compliance
AcademicHub does not support or condone academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or cheating. The deliverables provided by experts are meant to serve as research models, reference drafts, statistical reports, or study guides. Clients are solely responsible for compliance with their respective academic institution's honor codes and policies.
4. Accounts and Anonymity
To maintain the integrity of our double-blind marketplace, both clients and experts are required to interact using system-generated aliases. Exchanging personal contact information (emails, phone numbers, social handles) is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of your account.
5. Payments and Escrow
Clients must fund order amounts in escrow prior to experts commencing work. Escrowed funds are held securely and released to the expert only when the client approves the final files or after automatic approval periods (typically 72 hours post-delivery).
6. Revisions and Disputes
All orders include free revisions within 14 days of delivery if the output does not meet the initial, specified guidelines. In case of unresolved disputes, AcademicHub administration will conduct a formal evaluation and issue final decisions (full refunds, partial refunds, or no refunds).
7. Limitation of Liability
AcademicHub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including any actions taken by academic institutions.
