• Communications: Message history through our secure, anonymous client-expert chat.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Match clients with suitable academic experts.
• Process payments and manage the escrow system.
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• Monitor for security violations and ensure platform safety.
