How does the escrow payment system work?

When you place an order, you pay the total amount upfront. These funds are held securely by AcademicHub and are not sent to the expert. Only after you check the delivered draft and click "Approve" are the funds released. If there is a dispute or non-delivery, the system handles refunds accordingly.

What is the double-blind anonymous system?

To protect the privacy of both clients and experts, we forbid the sharing of personal contact info (names, phone numbers, emails). You communicate through our system dashboard using system-generated aliases (e.g., Client #824 and Expert #912).

Can I get a refund if the work does not meet requirements?

Yes. Every project includes up to 2 free revisions if the requirements specified in the initial guidelines are not met. If the expert fails to revise it correctly, you can open a dispute. Our administrators review the instructions, files, and chat logs to issue full or partial refunds.

How do I apply to become an expert?

Click "Become an Expert" in the footer, submit your registration form, and upload copies of your university degrees/credentials. Once verified, you will pass a capabilities test and receive credentials to access the expert dashboard.
